Growth Marketing Specialist - Go.Compare

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise large-scale Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Execute A/B testing and experimentation strategies across accounts to improve performance.
• Guide and upskill team members to enhance technical capabilities across Paid Search.
• Interpret complex performance data to deliver clear, actionable commercial recommendations.
• Use Looker Studio, GA4, and custom scripts to streamline workflows and tracking setups.
• Identify expansion opportunities across emerging digital channels, including Paid Social and Display.

Requirements

• Experience managing Paid Search accounts across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
• Proficiency using SA360, GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets or Excel
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule from our Cardiff office
• Experience or familiarity with wider digital channels like Paid Social, Display, or Affiliates

Preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present recommendations to stakeholders
• Data-interpretation skills with the ability to turn performance metrics into clear actions
