Job Summary

Own end-to-end paid media and creator operations across 200 cities, driving campaign setup, performance analysis and cross-team collaboration to improve ROI.

  • Lead paid media setup and monitoring across multiple platforms
  • Coordinate content sourcing, affiliates and host support to fuel campaigns
  • Own reporting, testing and automation initiatives to move metrics

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Support: Help build, launch and monitor campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and Snapchat. Uploading creative, setting up ad sets, checking campaigns are live and spending correctly across our 200 cities.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Investigating daily and weekly performance data in our reporting, flagging anything unusual (a city underspending, a creative fatiguing, a sudden CPA spike) and helping the Manager turn flags into performance improvements.
  • Affiliates & Referrals: Support the day-to-day running of our affiliate and referral programmes. Onboarding partners, issuing tracking links and codes, chasing activity and keeping performance records up to date.
  • Agency Support: Work alongside our affiliate agency and wider performance agencies day-to-day. Joining calls, taking and circulating actions, gathering the assets and information they need to launch, tracking deliverables against deadlines and flagging to the Manager when something is off track.
  • Content Sourcing: Find and reach out to influencers, creators and UGC agencies; manage briefs, timelines, deliverables and payments, and build a library of creative assets the team can pull from.
  • Host Content & Organic Social: Source content from our hosts across 200 cities. Chasing photos and video from events, keeping a usable library, and posting to our localised Thursday social accounts so each city\'s feed looks live and local rather than generic.
  • Host Support: Be a first point of contact for our global host network. Answering questions and unblocking issues on ticket sales, local ad support, promotion and assets, escalating anything you can\'t resolve and making sure hosts feel supported rather than left waiting.
  • Creative Briefing: Work closely with our in-house creative team, writing clear briefs, gathering references and trends, collecting feedback and keeping creative requests on schedule.
  • Cross-Team Liaison: Act as a link between growth and the wider business. Events, Trips, Ops, Partnerships, Product and Customer Support. Making sure campaigns reflect what\'s actually happening on the ground in each city.
  • AI & Automation: Use AI tools daily, Claude for analysis and reporting, Higgsfield and similar for generating and iterating ad creative at volume and actively look for the repetitive parts of the role that can be automated away so your time goes into the work that actually moves numbers.

Requirements

  • A genuine interest in what makes people tick. Why they buy, why they click, and just as importantly, why they don\'t.
  • Strong numeracy and comfort working in spreadsheets. You don\'t need to be an analyst, but you should like working with data.
  • Clear written communication; you can write a brief, a social caption or an outreach message that someone actually responds to.
  • Confident, friendly communicator. You\'ll be dealing directly with hosts around the world and should be comfortable chasing, helping and saying no when needed.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle several small tasks and deadlines without dropping any.
  • Proactive and self-starting. You ask questions, chase answers and follow up.
  • AI-native. You already use tools like Claude, ChatGPT or Higgsfield in your day-to-day and reach for them instinctively. Your first question when handed a manual, repetitive task is whether it needs to be manual at all.
  • A close eye for detail; in paid media, small mistakes cost real money.
  • Native-level understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat) and the content that performs on them.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup where priorities shift and no two weeks look the same.

Preferred

  • Any hands-on exposure to paid social or Google Ads (including personal projects, freelance work, a society or student business, or your own content account).
  • Experience creating or editing short-form video content, or running an organic social account of any kind.
  • Internship or placement experience in marketing, events or a D2C brand.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Looker, Excel/Google Sheets beyond the basics.
  • Experience working with influencers, creators or agencies in any capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative or video tools (Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Sora or similar), or having built your own automations, prompts or workflows to save yourself time.

Benefits

  • Direct mentorship from the Growth Marketing Manager and Head of Growth, with real ownership from early on.
  • Exposure to a monthly six-figure ad budget and the commercial reality behind it. ROAS, CAC, LTV and attribution explained properly, not in theory.
  • A team that gives you the AI tools and the licence to use them. If you can automate a task, we would rather you did.
  • A global network of hosts and cities to work with, and a real say in how Thursday shows up in each of them.
  • A clear development path towards a Growth Marketing Manager role.
  • Hybrid working.
