Responsibilities

• Develop original content ideas
• - Propose distinctive concepts for Reels & Posts across our Kids Club, Spa and Events
• - Translate marketing priorities into content that people want to watch, save, share and respond to.
• - Adapt relevant trends thoughtfully to suit Cloud Twelve’s audience and premium positioning.
• - Bring your own observations, references and creative thinking to the process.
• Create within real-world constraints
• - Produce compelling content when filming access, available footage, budgets or participant permissions are limited.
• - Find imaginative ways to tell a story without relying on identifiable members, children, clients or treatment footage.
• - Plan shoots efficiently, securing the necessary permissions and working sensitively around a live club environment.
• - Maintain appropriate standards around privacy, safeguarding and health-related claims.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio of social content you have personally helped create.
• Some hands-on experience managing content for a brand, business or your own successful channel.
• Confidence filming and editing with a smartphone and tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe.
• Strong writing skills, attention to detail and an understanding of visual storytelling.
• Resourcefulness: you can work with a limited brief or restricted access and still produce something compelling.
• An interest in wellness, family lifestyle, hospitality or premium brands.
• Reliability, organisation and confidence working with different teams.
• An understanding of influencer collaborations and community management; practical experience is welcome.
• You don’t need a large personal following. We’re interested in your ideas, your contribution and what your work achieved.
