Job Description
Responsibilities
- Delegate tasks and monitor team performance
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Own the Digital brand book, ensuring all website developments are documented
- Contribute to future website developments
- Primary liaison with the suppliers of all group websites
- Oversee internally raised tickets
- Oversee new website developments as well as regular health checks of all group websites
- Primary liaison with property portals, including Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket
- Manage brand advertising across all portals
- Monitor and track online performance, providing monthly reporting
Requirements
- A passion to continuously improve performance, processes and customer experience
- Experience of working across multiple brands
- Strong attention to detail, maintaining high standards across every digital touchpoint
- Thorough understanding of website management, SEO, UX and digital best practice
- Proactive in monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality projects on time
- Team player, flexible and keen to get involved in a variety of tasks
