Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the hotel website and online listings
• Create and deliver email marketing campaigns through HubSpot
• Manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Monitor and optimise Google and Meta advertising campaigns
• Support SEO and website performance improvements
• Design digital and print marketing materials
• Manage CRM activity, guest data and marketing automation
• Produce marketing reports and analyse campaign performance
• Work with internal teams and external partners to maximise bookings and event sales

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role
• Strong social media and content creation skills
• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Adobe Illustrator/design experience
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
• Organised, creative and able to manage multiple projects

Preferred

• Hospitality experience would be advantageous
• HubSpot desirable
• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms
