Digital Marketing & Content Manager

Responsibilities

• plan and manage Mediject’s content and social media activity
• create high-quality video, photography and written content
• support the creation of digital assets and branded marketing materials, including before-and-after treatment imagery, brochures, promotional materials, campaign graphics and other digital content as needed
• develop and coordinate marketing campaigns
• support email, CRM, website and wider digital marketing activity
• work with external specialists where appropriate
• monitor performance and use what you learn to improve future activity
• identify opportunities proactively rather than waiting for detailed instruction

Requirements

• meaningful experience in digital marketing, content or social media
• able to demonstrate strong creative judgement
• independent working
• strong short-form video and content creation
• excellent written communication
• experience managing social media for a brand or business
• an understanding of campaigns beyond individual posts
• good organisation and attention to detail
• commercial curiosity and an interest in what marketing actually delivers
• confidence taking ownership and making recommendations

Preferred

• Experience within healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, luxury, education or another premium service business would be useful but is not essential
• Experience with CRM, email marketing, paid media, SEO, website management or Chinese social platforms would be advantageous
