Job Description

Responsibilities

Help build and update our website with online ordering (Shopify, Squarespace or similar)
Post and grow our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts, including short videos and food photography
Schedule posts, reply to followers and report on engagement
Manage our Google Business Profile and encourage customer reviews
Improve our search visibility with local SEO and basic keyword research
Run simple email campaigns to offices and businesses to win catering orders
Design menus, flyers, packaging and social graphics (Canva or similar)
Support simple online ads and track results (Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Ads)
Send a short monthly report on followers, website visits and online orders
Help with other marketing, online ordering, design and customer communication tasks that support the business

Requirements

Experience or a strong interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing
Experience with a website builder such as Shopify, Squarespace or WordPress
Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop or similar)
Clear, friendly written English, and the ability to write copy for different audiences
A portfolio or examples of your work (personal accounts are fine)
Organised and reliable, able to work independently and meet deadlines
Must have the right to work in the UK.

Preferred

Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic SEO is a plus
Experience with food, hospitality or B2B email marketing is a plus
