Job Summary

Own multi-client onboarding and the buildout of production-grade growth systems across paid, landing pages, email flows, and tracking, while coordinating with ads and freelancers to hit strict deadlines.

  • Onboarding & System Build: set up GoHighLevel, Meta, domains, CRM, and data-tracking across multiple accounts.
  • Growth Asset Production: create and refine landing pages, emails, ad scripts, and VSLs to production quality.
  • Delivery & Optimization: launch live systems, monitor performance, surface insights, and execute approved changes.

Job Description

  • Own client onboarding — gather inputs, organise everything, and get all the access and accounts set up (GoHighLevel, Meta, domains, CRM, etc.)
  • Develop the full growth system for each client and manage the approval process
  • Build and refine every growth asset to production quality — landing pages, email workflows, ad creative, ad scripts, VSL scripts
  • Set up the technical side — landing pages on GHL/Netlify, email automations, domains, webhooks, CRM integrations, and tracking
  • Launch systems live, coordinate with the ads manager, and monitor performance across all active accounts
  • Surface insights, propose improvements, and implement approved changes
  • Brief and manage freelancers (video, editing) — keep timelines tight and quality high
  • Run multiple client deliveries at once, track deadlines, chase outstanding approvals, and keep leadership updated at key milestones
  • Hands-on experience across the full growth stack: paid ads (Meta), funnel building, copywriting, email marketing, and marketing automation
  • Comfort with the build itself — landing pages, email flows, domains, integrations, tracking setup
  • Strong project management — you can juggle several clients without dropping balls
  • High standards and a sharp eye for quality
  • Self-directed, organised, and proactive
  • Experience joining onboarding and check-in calls
  • Confidence in direct client communication and relationship management
