Campaign Execution: Full lifecycle of customer campaigns; strategize, write copy, and build campaigns directly in Customer.io.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Marketing, CS, Sales, RevOps, Creative; ensure a cohesive customer journey and aligned revenue goals.
AI Integration: Personalization and content production; leverage AI tools for marketing efficiency and product marketing.
Team Building: Foundational customer marketing function; transition from an IC to a people manager, building a world-class team.

Requirements

Experience: 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing (Senior Manager or Director level).
Industry Background: Adjacent SaaS spaces welcome; hospitality tech is a strong plus.
Technical Proficiency: Deep, hands-on experience with Customer.io and Notion.
