Job Summary

Drive and own marketing engine for scalable pipeline generation at Impruvon, aligning strategy, demand gen, and brand across healthcare-focused markets.

  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy and demand generation driving pipeline for healthcare-focused markets.
  • Work with Sales to improve lead quality, velocity, and multi-channel campaigns (outbound, digital, events).
  • Build scalable systems, attribution, and reporting to show ROI and align with growth goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution aligned to company growth goals
  • Define ICPs, segmentation, and go-to-market approaches for Residential Providers and government systems
  • Drive marketing-generated pipeline and opportunity creation , aligning closely with Sales to improve lead quality and velocity
  • Build and scale a repeatable demand generation engine across outbound email, digital campaigns, and conference strategies
  • Drive predictable, scalable pipeline and revenue contribution through marketing efforts
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns including:
  • Outbound email and sequencing
  • Digital campaigns (paid and organic)
  • Conference and event strategy
  • Partner and co-marketing initiatives
  • Build systems that consistently generate qualified pipeline, not one-off campaigns

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of building demand generation engines that consistently generate pipeline
  • Experience working closely with Sales to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Travel: Ability to travel occasionally (approx. 10–15%) for industry conferences, partner events, and company off-sites.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot marketing suite (optimization, automation, reporting)
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and conversion optimization
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (outbound, digital, events, partnerships)
  • AI tools to improve marketing execution and efficiency
  • Ability to leverage AI for outbound personalization, workflow automation, and rapid iteration
  • Player-coach mentality: willing to execute while leading
