Responsibilities

Execute social media strategies for Social Kapture clients through guidance of competitive research, benchmarking and best practices designed to increase brand engagement
Routinely update, maintain and monitor clients’ social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Ideate, refine and coordinate production of social media content based on client needs
Understand client identity and branding guidelines/brand books then translate it to social content that meets both client needs and company expectations
Write clear, attractive copy with a distinctly branded voices for Social Kapture clients’ social posts on Facebook and Instagram in line with team and department best practices
Utilize social media publishing tool daily for content planning, scheduling and user engagement
Regularly contribute to focused development of content strategies
Employ topnotch research skills to develop a deep understanding of the regions in which Social Kapture clients operate — i.e. become a “virtual local” and be able to source targeted relevant content
Complete audits for, and make corrections as necessary to, newly onboarded clients
Actively participate in team initiatives, department brainstorms & projects, company events, etc.
