Job Summary

Own the end to end e commerce growth engine across paid, organic, store experience, and lifecycle programs for fast revenue lift in a consumer health brand.

Growth leadership across Meta ads, Google ads, SEO, and Shopify UX to drive qualified traffic and higher LTV.
Own retention and lifecycle flows via email (Klaviyo) and on site enhancements to turn first time buyers into repeat customers.
Build measurement and testing discipline across funnels with analytics and conversion rate optimization.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies to increase qualified traffic and revenue
Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
Manage Google Ads campaigns and search marketing initiatives
Develop SEO strategies to improve organic traffic
Identify and manage influencer, affiliate, and partnership marketing opportunities
Continuously test and scale new customer acquisition channels
Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront
Analyze customer behavior and conversion funnels
Improve landing pages, product pages, and checkout experience
Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates

Requirements

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (required)
3+ years of experience in e-commerce, growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
Hands-on experience managing Shopify stores
Experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience using Google Analytics (GA4)
Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimization
Ability to work independently and execute growth initiatives
