Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Master the Conversion Funnel: Help turn casual readers into obsessed fans. You'll help manage our subscriber email campaigns, newsletters and build strategies to turn subscribers into premium members.
  • Drive Audience Growth: Learn the ins and outs of traffic generation. You'll assist with SEO, run targeted paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google), and get our content featured on major aggregator sites.
  • Own Social Media Spaces: Take our top-tier, long-form content and reshape it into viral-ready short-form formats (X/Twitter threads, IG Reels, TikToks). You’ll be the voice engaging with our community.
  • Become a Data Whiz: Dive deep into spreadsheets and analytics dashboards. You’ll track key metrics (CTR & CPM), run A/B tests on marketing campaigns and work with editorial team to determine exactly what’s working.

Requirements

  • An Ambitious Up-and-Comer: You might be a recent college grad or have 1–2 years of marketing experience, but what matters most is your drive, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
