Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the medical strategy and scientific point of view across assigned brands, ensuring all work is grounded in a clear, differentiated, and clinically sound narrative.
Translate complex clinical data, disease states, and treatment landscapes into actionable insights that inform brand strategy and creative development.
Integrate medical thinking acrossStrategy, Creative, Media, and Account to ensure a cohesive and high-quality output.
Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of scientific accuracy and align with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
Serve as a trusted scientific partner to clients, guiding discussions and decisions with clarity and confidence.
Mentor and develop junior team members, elevating the overall level of scientific thinking across the agency.
Contribute to new business and organic growth through strong medical POVs.

Requirements

7–10+ years of experience in medical strategy, scientific communications, or related roles
Required: Advanced scientific degree (PhD, MD, PharmD)
Required: Pharmaceutical experience and strong understanding of clinical data and regulated environments.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex science into a clear, strategic direction.
Deep understanding of clinical research and treatment landscapes (oncology experience preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence collaboratively
