This role leads paid social media across Meta and TikTok for a house of brands, shaping strategies, budgets, and measurement. Recommend budgets by channel and objectives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Set up accounts and campaigns within native platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Create and manage ad units, ensuring creative aligns with audience and platform specifications.
Work closely with creative teams to provide strategic input and insights on ad formats, messaging, and visual best practices across multiple sub-brands.
Build, launch and manage media campaigns across platforms, including Meta and TikTok.
Ensure accurate tracking and attribution by managing pixel mapping across the user journey, generating pixel implementation guides for developers, setting up pixels within ad platforms after implementation in GTM or hardcoding, and conducting QA to ensure proper firing.
Oversee UTM parameters and utilize third-party measurement tools like Google Analytics to assess performance.
Develop learning agendas and roadmaps for testing creative, audience segments, landing pages, and bidding strategies to optimize performance.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in paid social media management, with agency experience preferred.
Proficiency in native advertising platforms, including Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager.
Familiarity with paid search platforms Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Reddit Ads Manager is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data to make informed decisions.
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other reporting dashboards for in-depth performance analysis.
Experience with audience targeting, bid strategies, and budget management.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with demonstrated analytical skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A results-driven and innovative mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding campaign objectives.
