Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter, and other emerging platforms.
  • Work closely with platform representatives to unlock exclusive opportunities and stay ahead of social media trends.
  • Analyze campaign performance, set KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize results.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust strategies, including budget allocations and targeting parameters, to maximize campaign impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Sales, Creative) to align paid media efforts with influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Set up, manage, and report on campaigns using paid social trafficking platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads for YouTube).
  • Serve as a client-facing expert, providing strategic insights and performance updates throughout campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience managing paid social campaigns, specifically on Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and/or Twitter.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager is required.
  • Experience managing direct response or performance-based campaigns is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for social media and digital advertising.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field is preferred.
  • Based in Los Angeles or New York.
