Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and scale WD’s global enterprise customer advocacy and storytelling program
Identify and develop strategic customer relationships that support long-term advocacy
Lead development of case studies, video testimonials, and customer reference stories
Capture customer success stories across marketing campaigns, industry events, and digital channels
Support PR initiatives and thought leadership programs through credible customer proof points
Partner with Brand Narrative and Product Marketing teams to ensure customer stories reinforce WD’s enterprise positioning
Collaborate with communications and creative teams to translate customer innovation into engaging storytelling assets
Manage relationships with external production partners and agencies supporting customer content creation
Maintain a scalable library of customer reference stories and advocacy assets used across campaigns, sales enablement, and executive programs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
Deep experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing
Direct experience building customer advocacy or customer storytelling programs within enterprise IT markets
Proven track record developing case studies, testimonials, and customer reference programs
Strong ability to build relationships with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Communications teams
Strong storytelling and editorial judgment with the ability to translate complex technology into compelling narratives
Experience managing agencies and external creative partners
Organized, methodical, strong project manager
Skillful verbal and written communicator
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or enterprise data systems
Familiarity with enterprise storage, hyperscale infrastructure, or data platform technologies
Experience capturing customer stories at global industry events and executive programs
