Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Paid Media strategy and execution across SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic Display DSP channels.
  • Execute and optimize Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Ads for full‑funnel impact.
  • Assist with managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and broader PPC programs for efficiency and growth.
  • Partner with CRO, UX, and analytics teams to drive CRO and landing page optimization.
  • Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation roadmaps across ads and funnel experiences.
  • Optimize Conversion Strategy, Funnel Optimization, and Full‑Funnel Marketing performance via data insights.
  • Own performance reporting against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPM, and conversion rate.
  • Drive Media Planning, Forecasting, and Budget Management across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for cross‑functional partners and leadership.
  • Provide Team Leadership through cross‑functional collaboration and mentoring junior members.
  • Champion a test‑and‑learn culture balancing innovation with disciplined performance management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing, ideally in an agency, financial services, or high‑growth environment.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on paid social experience across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok with campaign setup and measurement.
  • Proven experience managing Paid Search and Display Advertising, including PPC and Programmatic DSPs.
  • Strong background in Growth Marketing, Full‑Funnel Marketing, and Conversion Optimization.
  • Deep analytical skills with tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience leading budget management, forecasting, and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
