Develop ideas and visual direction. Turn client briefs, audience insights, and brand objectives into campaign concepts, content ideas, and distinctive visual worlds.
Build and present proposals. Create clear, engaging decks that connect the central idea with social content, creator collaborations, and production execution. Present your thinking and help clients understand the creative approach.
Own creative projects. Lead assigned projects from brief to final delivery, working with account and production teams to keep creative quality, timelines, and expectations aligned.
Bring ideas into production. Develop treatments, storyboards, shot lists, and creative briefs. Guide key creative decisions across pre-production, shoots, and post-production.
Collaborate with specialists. Work with producers, directors, photographers, stylists, editors, and creators to deliver work that reflects the approved direction.
Guide and review the work. Give clear feedback to junior creatives, interns, and production partners, maintaining a consistent standard across final assets.

Requirements

Around 3–5 years of relevant experience at a creative agency, production studio, brand, or similar environment.
A strong art direction or design foundation , with a portfolio showing both original ideas and well-executed work.
Experience developing campaign concepts and proposals, with an understanding of how an idea translates across different content formats.
Experience taking ownership of creative projects through production and delivery.
Confidence explaining creative decisions, presenting ideas, and responding constructively to client feedback.
A working understanding of pre-production, shoots, and post-production, with the ability to give clear creative direction to specialists.
An understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and the storytelling that makes content engaging on social.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools, alongside strong organization and collaboration skills.

Preferred

Fashion, beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
Creator collaborations and influencer campaigns.
Hands-on experience in design, editing, motion, photography, or filmmaking.
Using AI tools for concept visualization, image or video generation, and creative problem-solving.
