Retail media: Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, Instacart, and Sam's Club.
Creator media: buy creator and UGC content as a paid channel, including TikTok Ads.
Optimization: own daily bid, budget, pacing, and creative decisions across brands and retailers.
Measurement: design incrementality and geo tests, and report results leadership can act on.
Compliance: keep social and creator claims inside FTC endorsement and FDA/DSHEA rules.
All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience: 7+ years buying paid social and retail media, in-house or agency.
Scale: has owned $10MM+ in annual working media across multiple brands.
Platforms: fluent in Meta and TikTok Ads Managers plus at least one retail media platform.
Analytics: advanced Excel or Sheets, and one BI tool; builds and reads a pacing model.
Category: CPG experience, ideally vitamins and supplements, OTC, food, or personal care.
Drug screening: must be able to successfully clear drug screening processes per Federal Guidelines.

Preferred

Retail media software: Pacvue, Skai, or CommerceIQ.
Clean rooms: Amazon Marketing Cloud or Walmart Luminate.
Social Media or Commerce: TikTok Shop and live shopping formats.
