Mentor team members, improve processes, and contribute to Vertical Rail’s thought leadership in retail media and ecommerce.

Requirements

Experience in retail and ecommerce environments, including Amazon or other major retail media platforms.
Demonstrated team management and leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent.
Background in sales, client-facing strategy, or account management with a focus on driving revenue and profitability.
Operations management and budgeting skills, including campaign pacing, forecasting, and resource planning.
Proficiency with advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Ads Console, DSPs, retail media platforms, reporting dashboards).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort interpreting complex data sets and translating insights into actions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting strategies, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in agency, brand-side media, or performance marketing roles is highly beneficial.
