Recommend, create and execute digital communications strategies, campaigns and messaging for Salinas Valley Health.
Guide digital projects from start to finish, and manage the digital components of projects (websites, SVH intranet, social media and email marketing).
Provide support to the Director of Marketing and Communications as needed.
Design education, outreach and marketing strategies that are culturally sensitive and effective in utilizing various platforms to reach the target audience.
Coordinate paid advertising online, digital marketing, mobile app, website, and community events.
Manage SVH digital properties and channels (websites, email, social media, and other digital tools).
Create and post digital content on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms and manage the content calendar.
Evaluate website information, architecture/structure and navigation; recommend and implement approved changes to the SVH website as determined through regular site reviews.
Gather and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team and key organizational partners.
Assist with digital brand reputation efforts to manage patient/consumer reviews on Google, Healthgrades and other third-party ratings sites.
