Responsibilities

Lead Channel Architecture: Define the strategic framework for email and SMS communications targeting pet parents and referring veterinarians.
Execute Campaigns: Drive the end-to-end execution of integrated retention campaigns, managing the transition from traditional Email/SMS tactics to a comprehensive omni-channel approach that leverages Push and In-App features to increase user adoption and lifetime value. Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns for product launches, promotions, and lifecycle messaging.
Develop Content: Create and refine email templates, subject lines, and layouts based on engagement and deliverability best practices.
Manage Data: Oversee email lists, audience segmentation, and data hygiene to maximize campaign relevance.
Drive Personalization: Map website personalization journeys and create automated trigger-based workflows to increase customer lifetime value.
Optimize Segmentation: Recommend dynamic content strategies to improve overall marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Coordinate Execution: Lead cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product, to deliver projects from briefing to launch.
Oversee Calendars: Manage the email calendar to ensure a strategic balance of promotional, transactional, and editorial content.
Manage Timelines: Maintain release calendars, asset schedules, and quality assurance processes.
Prioritize Tasks: Organize multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.
