Own paid media execution with a focus on LinkedIn Ads for B2B tech, balancing budgets, audiences, and creative testing to hit weekly targets.

Own day-to-day paid media management across campaigns and budgets.
Define audiences, optimize targeting, and coordinate copy/design for ads.
Provide weekly performance reviews and actionable optimization recommendations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day management of paid media campaigns
Analyze campaign data, drive insights, and optimize performance
Adjust budgets and bids to meet our business goals
Create audiences, update, edit, and optimize audiences
Assist with copywriting, design, of ad creative
Setup conversion tracking, analytics, and integrations (Insight Tag, Zapier)
Manage account budgets and campaign bids weekly
Suggest and implement optimizations to improve performance
Provide weekly detailed reports on performance and suggestions

Requirements

2+ years of experience in paid media or a similar role.
2+ years of experience with LinkedIn Ads, specifically.
Active LinkedIn user.
B2B/tech/software marketing experience.
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency with landing page software and integration tools like Zapier.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong copywriting skills required.
