Partner closely with E‑commerce, Creative, Brand Marketing, and Analytics to ensure cohesive storytelling and performance alignment
Manage digital budgets, forecasting, and reporting across all channels
Develop testing frameworks to improve conversion, retention, and digital efficiency
Maintain a strong POV on digital trends, platform evolution, and consumer behavior
Ensure all digital communications reflect the brand’s aesthetic: modern, minimal, elevated, and globally relevant

Requirements

8–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or lifecycle strategy
Proven experience leading digital programs for fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy
Expertise in CRM platforms, ESPs, segmentation tools, and digital analytics
Deep understanding of global digital behavior and modern luxury consumer expectations
Exceptional cross‑functional communication and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, creative, and highly collaborative environment
