Job Summary

Own local community outreach to build private pay admissions by forming ties with senior care networks and community groups, while coordinating events and referrals with agency leadership.

Relationship development: establish and nurture partnerships with ALFs, senior centers, hospitals, and physicians.
Field execution: conduct in-person visits, presentations, and attendance at health fairs to generate qualified referrals.
Measurement and collaboration: track outreach sources, align growth plans with leadership, and represent the agency professionally in the community.
