Experience with CRMs, Excel/Sheets, and marketing dashboards for KPI tracking
Confident in managing Google Business Profile and other social platforms
Proactive and resourceful — able to adapt quickly to algorithm and feature changes
Detail-oriented and data-driven with a focus on accuracy and iteration
Excellent English (verbal and written) — smart, conversational, able to match brand tone
Curious and eager to test, learn, and improve processes
Fast learner who cares about measurable results
