Requirements

2+ years of hands-on paid media experience for consumer brand with strong DTC presence.
Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Proven track record scaling customer acquisition campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with performance metrics.
Strong copywriting instincts and understanding of consumer psychology.
Experience briefing and evaluating UGC and creative assets.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Based in NYC or Los Angeles.
