Produce high-quality written content including speeches, talking points, annual reports, press releases, member communications, and executive messaging.
Support the President & CEO and senior leadership with communications preparation for media interviews, public appearances, presentations, and legislative meetings.
Serve as a storytelling partner to economic development staff, helping frame wins, milestones, and long-term vision in ways that build community confidence and investor pride.
Track and report communications and marketing metrics to senior leadership and the Board.
Manage external vendors including graphic designers, web developers, advertising partners, photographers, videographers, and printers.
Develop communications strategies supporting the organization’s legislative and advocacy priorities at the local, state, and federal levels.
Translate policy positions into accessible messaging for members, elected officials, media, and the public.
Collaborate with the contract lobbyist to ensure coordinated messaging and advocacy communications.
