Build and manage complex logistics plans, including multi-city tours, event kit assets, and inbound/outbound asset management
Partner with internal teams (Client Service, Creative, Production, Operations) to bring programs from concept to live execution
Manage event timelines, budgets, run-of-shows, and vendor coordination
Oversee venues, production partners, hospitality vendors, and event suppliers
Coordinate event logistics including asset shipments, truck packing plans, kitting, inventory, and deployment across markets
Source and procure apparel, premiums, and custom branded materials
Travel to events and provide on-site execution leadership
Comfortable operating in both planning and field execution environments, including event setup, troubleshooting, and live program management

Requirements

3–6+ years’ experience in events, experiential marketing, brand activations, or field marketing
Experience coordinating event logistics, asset shipments, multi-market program deployment, or tour operations
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple programs and fast-moving timelines
Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, operations, and logistics teams
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven
Willingness to travel for event execution
Experience with experiential agencies, sports marketing programs, retail activations, or national tours is a plus.
