Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute branded pop-ups and 360-degree experiential campaigns.
  • Translate client objectives into compelling, immersive live experiences.
  • Oversee the full event lifecycle from creative ideation through to on-site teardown.
  • Develop detailed production timelines and run-of-show documents to ensure delivery.
  • Guarantee seamless on-site execution and strict brand alignment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for experiential clients, leading planning calls and managing approvals.
  • Align internal creative and production teams with client expectations and campaign KPIs.
  • Deliver comprehensive post-event reporting, performance recaps, and ROI analysis.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end influencer and VIP invitation strategies.
  • Curate exclusive guest lists aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Spatial Design, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in events marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Excel, Slack, and Airtable.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment with self-management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Hybrid Role: Candidates may be based in New York, New Jersey, or California.
