Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives that enhance brand visibility, reputation, and market share
Ensure consistent messaging and voice across all channels, including advertising, digital, social, website, collateral, and in-branch communications
Drive communications effectiveness through data-informed decisions, regularly analyzing campaign performance, audience insights, and market trends
Partner with business line leaders to develop targeted messaging that supports product adoption, cross-sell opportunities, and customer engagement
Participate in annual planning and budgeting, aligning communications priorities with business objectives
Evaluate and implement new marketing and communications technologies that support business objectives
Oversee the Bank’s brand strategy, ensuring all communications reinforce a strong, consistent, and differentiated market position
Guide the development of creative assets and storytelling that clearly articulate the Bank’s value proposition
Manage and continuously improve the Bank’s digital presence to strengthen engagement and support business goals
Ensure all external communications meet regulatory and compliance standards
