Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the development and production of proposals, qualifications packages (SOQs), RFQs, RFPs, interview presentations, and other pursuit-related materials.
Coordinate proposal schedules, deadlines, assignments, and deliverables across internal teams and stakeholders.
Facilitate kickoff meetings and manage proposal workflows from pursuit strategy through final submission.
Collaborate with operations, preconstruction, executive leadership, and business development teams to develop compelling pursuit strategies and messaging.
Review solicitation requirements to ensure proposal compliance, accuracy, and completeness.
Write, edit, proofread, and format technical and marketing content for clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
Maintain and organize proposal libraries, project profiles, resumes, boilerplate content, and marketing collateral.
Support interview preparation, presentation development, and pursuit debrief processes.
Develop polished client-facing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on InDesign.
Design visually engaging proposal layouts, presentations, infographics, project sheets, and marketing materials.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing or proposal coordination experience, preferably within the construction, architecture, engineering, or professional services industry.
Strong proposal writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign; experience with Bridge, Lightroom, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier Pro preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership teams.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field preferred.
Familiarity with CRM, DAM, social media, and marketing platforms is preferred.
