Job Summary

Own the end-to-end marketing engine for StyleCraft Homes, shaping brand-consistent campaigns that boost traffic to websites and communities while coordinating budgets, vendors, and multi-channel initiatives to drive awareness and measurable results.

  • Brand & Campaign Management: uphold StyleCraft identity and orchestrate multi-channel campaigns to drive traffic.
  • Campaign Production & Partnerships: develop campaigns, align calendars, and collaborate with vendors and leadership.
  • Measurement & Budget Governance: track performance, report results, and manage paid advertising across platforms.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leads and manages marketing activities for StyleCraft Homes, ensuring brand consistency across communications and channels.
  • Maximizes traffic to StyleCraft's website and communities through strategic online campaigns and content creation.
  • Develops, production-manages, and evaluates marketing campaigns across platforms, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Plan quarterly marketing calendars with the Marketing Coordinator, aligning email, direct mail, and ad campaigns for communities and branding efforts.
  • Maintain budget adherence, measure performance, and report results to leadership on a monthly cadence.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Zillow, and other outlets; optimize using SEO and related tools.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to maximize search visibility and awareness of StyleCraft Homes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational, detail, and planning abilities
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Willingness to learn and use software to manage/improve operations
  • Professional, friendly, collaborative attitude with drive to be successful
