Drive and lead Birthright Israel’s digital fundraising strategy at the Director level to accelerate donor acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and lead BRIF's digital media strategy to increase donor acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Create campaigns that inspire giving and demonstrate the impact of supporting Birthright Israel.
Partner with the Development team to ensure digital efforts align with fundraising priorities and donor journeys.
Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to ensure digital efforts support organizational priorities.
Oversee paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and others to reach prospective donors and re-engage existing supporters.
Manage BRIF's social media presence (paid and organic), ensuring content reflects our mission and resonates with our community.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling, donor-focused content and storytelling.
Manage relationships with vendors and agencies, ensuring accountability and strong performance.
Analyze performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement trends to understand what drives donor action.
Design and implement A/B testing for emails, ads, and landing pages to continuously improve results.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in digital marketing or media; background in supporting fundraising or donor engagement is a plus.
Proven ability to use digital channels and data-driven insights to drive measurable results for nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.
Strong understanding of paid media, social media, and digital engagement strategies.
Ability to translate data into insights and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders.
A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves when needed.
A collaborative leader who thrives in a mission-driven environment.
A self-driven professional with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
An expert at agility who can pivot on projects when the facts on the ground shift.
Someone who is excited to use digital tools and data insights to strengthen Jewish identity and community through philanthropy.
