Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Engage with customers online and promote products, events, and specials
  • Assist customers in-store with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
  • Support daily retail operations including sales, merchandising, and inventory
  • Ensure all marketing efforts comply with cannabis regulations

Requirements

  • Experience in social media, marketing, or retail preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of cannabis or alternative medicine is a plus
  • Creative, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Must meet all state requirements for cannabis employment
