Job Description
Responsibilities
- Paid Media (Multi-Brand Execution) – Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, LSA), YouTube, and TikTok
- Ability to manage campaigns across multiple brands simultaneously
- Allocate budgets across markets based on performance
- Test creatives, audiences, and offers
- Optimize for CPL, CAC, and ROAS
- Connected TV (CTV) – Launch and manage campaigns across Hulu, Roku, YouTube TV, and programmatic platforms
- Build geo-targeted campaigns by market
- Integrate CTV into full-funnel strategy
- Track performance through attribution and lift metrics
- Media Buying & Partnerships – Work with outside partners and agencies to negotiate and execute media buys (TV, radio, and other channels)
Requirements
- 3+ years in paid media / performance marketing
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple brands preferred
- Strong understanding of analytics, attribution, and tracking
- Experience with Zapier or automation tools
- Website/CRO experience
- MUST HAVE: Hands-on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) media buying experience with a proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns
Preferred
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple brands preferred
- Bonus: Home services or local lead generation
