Support a dental lab with hands-on lab tasks and dentist-network marketing in a part-time hybrid role.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Pour models and prep cases
  • Scan impressions and organize Rx forms
  • Assist with 3D printing, glazing, and basic finishing tasks
  • Help with shipping, receiving, and lab organization
  • Support the team during busy production weeks
  • Visit local dental practices with marketing materials
  • Build relationships with front desk staff and dentists
  • Track new leads and follow up with warm offices
  • Prepare mailers, flyers, and intro packets
  • Assist with social media posts and promotional campaigns
  • Promote our new-client offers and build brand awareness

Requirements

  • Confident, friendly communicator
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable walking into dental offices
  • Quick learner (we train in lab basics)
  • Flexible — some days are marketing-heavy, others lab-heavy
  • Reliable transportation
