Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels
• Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Optimize SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs
• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with creative teams on campaign assets
• Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

• Experience in SaaS, tech, or e-commerce industries
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing pages
• Experience with content marketing or copywriting
• Understanding of attribution models and marketing funnels
