Position the organization as a leader in coherent DSP and optical semiconductor technologies.
Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, sales, and operations to align product messaging with market needs.
Own product marketing for Coherent DSP ASICs and optical communication solutions.
Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and differentiation strategy.
Develop and maintain MRDs (Market Requirements Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirements Documents).
Create technical marketing collateral including white papers, datasheets, product briefs, and presentations.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and analyst briefings.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and marketing campaigns.
Lead digital marketing, PR, SEO/SEM, and event strategy to generate global demand.

Requirements

Proven track record of bringing technical semiconductor or telecom solutions to market in a startup or high-growth environment.
Deep understanding of coherent optical systems, DSP algorithms, modulation formats, and telecom/datacom market dynamics.
Prior experience owning or writing MRDs and PRDs.
Extensive experience in product marketing leadership within optical communications, semiconductor, or networking industries.
Minimum 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
At least 5+ years of direct experience in coherent optics, DSP, optical transceivers, or photonic integrated circuits (PICs).
