Responsibilities

• Create content that promotes new features, outcomes, and customer wins.
• Ship release notes and product updates (posts/emails) to customers and leads.
• Plan and publish platform-appropriate social content (short posts or quick clips).
• Turn customer results into simple proof points and occasional case studies.
• Maintain a basic calendar so launches and posts go out consistently and on time.
• Review at simple metrics (views, clicks, saves/shares) and help analyze learnings.
• This is a hands on role and we're looking for owner who gets excited about that. You’ll spot opportunities, set the plan, and create the work. You'll have the opportunity to pitch concepts, draft, edit, and publish with the judgment and pace of a true self-starter.

Requirements

• Great writer. Clear, concise, and persuasive.
• Creative storyteller. You turn product details into simple, compelling narratives.
• Self-starter & owner. You spot opportunities, propose a plan, and ship—without a lot of hand-holding.
• Comfortable moving fast.
• Familiarity with lightweight tools (Google Docs/Notion, basic video editors, email/newsletter tools), or an eagerness to learn.

Preferred

• A related degree (marketing, communications, journalism, business, etc.)
• Prior experience managing social accounts or campaigns (personal, student orgs, clubs, freelance).
• Experience in the dental/healthcare space (patients, practices, or products)
