Job Summary

Own on-site activation and consumer interactions for Wilding events, turning demos and tastings into measurable trial and loyalty while staying on-brand and compliant.

Event Leadership: represent the brand at activations, handle setup, sampling, and post-event recaps.
Consumer Engagement: educate shoppers, collect feedback, and relay insights to marketing.

Assist with event execution, including inventory, giveaways, promotional materials, and brand assets
Serve as a professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic brand representative in all public-facing interactions

Requirements

Comfortable engaging with new people and working in high-energy, outdoor environments
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while adhering to company brand guidelines
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays
Must be 21+ (for alcohol brands) and able to meet any required compliance standards
Ability to lift 50 lb minimum, carry, and stand for extended periods during events

Preferred

Previous experience in events, hospitality, sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles preferred
