Translate marketing strategies into actionable communication and engagement programs across multiple channels.
Ensure campaigns are effectively activated across customer, sales, professional education, and commercial touchpoints.
Drive consistency in customer experience, messaging, and brand expression across all activation efforts.
Develop and lead internal and external communications strategies aligned to business and marketing priorities.
Partner with Corporate Communications, Product Marketing and Marketing Services teams to create coordinated communication plans.
Support leadership communications, launch communications, and customer-facing messaging.
Own Joint Reconstruction social and digital activation strategy in partnership with Product Marketing and the Corporate Communications team
Develop channel strategies and content deployment plans across platforms such as LinkedIn, websites, digital campaigns, and other approved professional channels.
Partner with communications, digital teams, and agencies to drive audience engagement and content performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10–12+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, campaign activation, or related commercial functions.
Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing campaigns and omnichannel activation strategies.
Experience partnering with communications teams, digital marketing organizations, and external agencies.
Healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences experience strongly preferred.
Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
