Job Summary

Drive on-site event activation for Closet Factory by engaging shoppers, explaining products at a high level, and qualifying leads for in-home consultations, while ensuring accurate data entry in Salesforce and a polished booth presence.

Event Execution: Staff branded booths, engage customers, and maintain a professional presence.
Lead Qualification & CRM: Generate qualified leads and enter customer data into Salesforce accurately.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with management on event performance and lead quality to improve future activations.
