Job Summary

Drive on-site event activation for Closet Factory by engaging shoppers, explaining products at a high level, and qualifying leads for in-home consultations, while ensuring accurate data entry in Salesforce and a polished booth presence.

  • Event Execution: Staff branded booths, engage customers, and maintain a professional presence.
  • Lead Qualification & CRM: Generate qualified leads and enter customer data into Salesforce accurately.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with management on event performance and lead quality to improve future activations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Staff Branded Event Booth/Tent at Retail Partner Locations
  • Engage Shoppers in a Friendly, Professional, Non-pushy Manner
  • Explain Closet Factory Products and Services at a High Level
  • Generate and Qualify Customer Leads for In-home Consultations
  • Enter Customer Information Accurately into Salesforce Using Laptop/Tablet
  • Maintain a Polished and Organized Booth Presence
  • Coordinate with Management Regarding Event Performance and Lead Quality

  • Basic Computer/Laptop Proficiency Required
  • Ability to Learn Salesforce CRM
