Job Summary

Own the end-to-end below-the-line programming and cross-functional execution, from briefing to post-activation recap, while aligning agency work, trade materials, and field tools to drive portfolio sales and market growth.

  • Program execution and cross-functional alignment: manage timelines, assets, and post-activation reviews for below-the-line activations.
  • Trade materials and field tools: support development and dissemination of sales assets and technical sheets for key brands.
  • Market intelligence and growth opportunities: analyze syndicated data and competitive context with Insights/BI/Channel Marketing to surface actionable opportunities and uphold brand standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own below the line annual programming from briefing through execution, including timelines, asset coordination, cross functional alignment, and post activation recaps
  • Manage day to day Shopper Marketing Agency coordination, including timelines, inputs, and feedback routing, escalating strategic decisions as needed
  • Lead vintage release tracking and wine scoring submissions, including end to end process ownership and calendar management across portfolio wine brands
  • Support the development, publishing, and maintenance of sales and trade materials (trade standards, tools of trade, technical sheets) for key brands
  • Serve as a sales liaison by translating brand priorities into clear, timely tools and guidance for the field and ensuring feedback flows back to the brand team
  • Manage product information and content updates across internal systems and product apps, partnering with IT as needed (including DASH)
  • Conduct market and competitive performance analysis using syndicated data, brand research, and competitive assessments to surface actionable insights
  • Partner with Insights, Business Intelligence, and Channel Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure brand standards are upheld across all channels
