Own key outcomes including acquisition performance, onboarding effectiveness, market penetration, and segment growth results

Requirements

8+ years of experience in general management, business leadership, growth strategy, or related roles delivering measurable business outcomes in regulated environments
Experience defining and executing multi-year growth strategies tied to customer acquisition, market share, profitability, and customer lifetime value goals
Experience owning end-to-end onboarding performance across digital and branch channels, including activation and engagement improvements
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs involving marketing, product, operations, technology, analytics, and risk partners
Demonstrated ability to use data and customer insights to diagnose performance, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decisions
