Job Summary

Own the fan-growth engine across marketing, event presentation, and ticketing for varsity programs, turning analytics and audience insights into attendance growth and brand consistency.

Job Description

Marketing & Fan Engagement: Own campaigns and campus outreach to lift attendance, ticket revenue, and brand presence.
Event Operations: Lead game presentation, AV, and in-venue entertainment to deliver a cohesive fan experience.
Ticketing & Revenue Generation: Drive ticket campaigns and pricing to grow attendance and optimize revenue using data.
Brand Management: Oversee creative assets and cohesive brand messaging across channels.
Leadership & Staff Management: Supervise marketing and ticketing teams, hire and develop talent, and align with coaches and partners.
Perform other job-related duties: Support department priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
