Job Summary
Own the San Antonio community footprint by planning events, building partnerships, and growing a social presence that aligns with the mission and values.
- Community and Events: Plan and execute citywide events and maintain a monthly event calendar.
- Partnerships and Representation: Build local relationships and represent the hospice at health fairs and outreach opportunities.
- Social & Logistics: Grow social channels and coordinate event logistics for outreach efforts.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute community events throughout the city of San Antonio
- Represent Mi Casa Hospice at health fairs, facility events, and community outreach opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to assist with and support scheduled events
- Develop and coordinate new community engagement initiatives
- Manage and grow Mi Casa Hospice’s social media presence
- Create engaging content aligned with our mission and values
- Build strong relationships with local organizations, facilities, and community leaders
- Create and maintain a monthly community event calendar
- Coordinate logistics for outreach events (supplies, signage, materials, staffing)
- Attend and actively participate in events (some evenings and occasional weekends required)
