Job Summary

Own the end-to-end social content workstream for multiple founder-led brands, turning client goals into a repeatable content engine across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Client communication and strategy alignment: translate goals into clear, approved content plans and keep channels responsive within 1 day during active production.
Content creation and QA: develop pillars, scripts, visuals, and captions, then schedule and systematically QA before publishing.

Own day-to-day client communication across email, Slack, and Rella — acknowledging messages within one business day and never going silent for more than 48 hours during an active production cycle.
Run monthly check-ins, present reports, and translate client business goals into a content plan they understand and approve.
Keep tools organized — Google Drive, Canva, Rella, and Honeybook stay clean, current, and easy to hand off.
Build a strategy doc for each client: objectives, 3–5 content pillars, posting cadence, format mix, hook bank, and KPIs.
Refresh strategy each month based on the prior month's report — what worked, what didn't, what to test next.
Track competitor and peer accounts the client respects and pull fresh references into the strategy.
Write captions in each client's voice across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Build content calendars in Google Docs and mirror them in Rella, with every entry caption-ready and asset-linked.
Design on-brand visuals in Canva — feed posts, carousels, Reels and TikTok covers, and LinkedIn graphics — using the client's brand kit only.
Concept, script, and edit short-form video for Reels and TikTok — including trend research, hook writing, on-screen text, and basic editing in CapCut or in-app.
